The WAQHA was initially formed in 1972, the association has been incorporated since 1983.

 

Our group of dedicated club members and volunteers aim to promote, foster, and encourage the development of the versatile Australian Quarter Horse in Western Australia by presenting events for club members and competitors, including Youth and Amateurs.

We are affiliated with the Australian Quarter Horse Association.

 

The AQHA maintains a studbook, which keeps a record of all registered Australian Quarter Horses. Pedigrees are available from the AQHA for a modest fee.
